AUTOMATED VISION INSPECTION

Total and Repeatable accuracy, guaranteed by our Customized Vision Inspection Systems.

Customized Automated Vision Inspection

Automated vision inspection is a system of high-speed cameras and 3D laser scanners that uses software to compare images of a part against known defects for quality purposes. Morgan Polymer has six vision inspection systems in-house that can be customized to detect defects in even the most complex gaskets. Our customized systems offer greater flexibility, capacity, and inclusion and variety than commercially available systems. These in-house systems ensure higher-quality products and faster delivery.

Why Does Morgan Polymer Seals have its Own Vision Inspection Systems?

Morgan Polymer is not the only rubber seal and gasket manufacturer that uses vision inspection systems. Manufacturers have the option to outsource automated vision inspection to a specialized third-party or to purchase a commercially available system for in-house testing. But commercial vision inspection systems have limited flexibility. Click the button below to learn more about Morgan Polymer's customized vision inspection systems.
